Lancaster Seed Library’s cabinets sit in Lancaster’s Central Library. You can swap seeds from the cabinets during the Library’s opening hours. Seed saving workshops are also run by the group in the autumn.
LESS coordinates four annual seasonal markets in Lancaster’s central market square which aim to bring local people together and showcase local food and drink producers, local artists and musicians, and local community projects.
Claver Hill Community Food Project holds workdays every Friday (11am onwards) and Sunday (13:00 onwards). Head for Ridge Lane (behind Lancaster Central High School) and you will see the farm’s no-dig beds, polytunnels and many young trees 🙂
